How It Works
- Client submits "Request A Quote"
- A Aerial Decisions Pilot is assigned to client inquiry
- Pilot contacts client to schedule a needs assessment interview. This is a 20-40 minute consultation (via Phone or Zoom Video Conference) where your pilot discusses your specific project including:
- Mission location
- Date of Mission
- Mission requirements (event type, preferred media [e.g., aerial, still or both], shot types and number of shots, interior/exterior, output needs [e.g., raw footage, edited w/music] and planned use [industrial, social media, other])
- Pilot will share any potential flight control restrictions (if any) and need to submit a FAA pre-flight plan application (at no additional charge).
- Pilot will share the project cost estimate
- Receive Price Estimate/Invoice from Aerial Decisions (no payment processed until day of project)
- Day of Shoot:
- Crew arrives 45 minutes early to set up
- Meet your crew
- Drone/photography mission takes place
- Client Pays Invoice
- Depending on the scope of the mission and required output, client receives media output in as little as 24 hours
